We offer our extremely energy-efficient smartDieCast system specifically for use in aluminum printing. It reliably and cost-effectively combines and optimally utilizes the “ultrafiltration” and “vacuum evaporator” technologies in three stages.

High energy efficiency

An energy-saving heat recovery system from the permeate is integrated. The system is designed for heat recovery from e.g. a compressor circuit (hot water approx. 80-90°C).

High flexibility

It is a three-stage system with a pre-treatment, a fully automatic ultrafiltration system for up to 10,000 l/h and a vacuum evaporator with a capacity of 50-500 l/h (depending on the size of the UF system). The system consists of completely ready-to-use compact systems with treatment capacities from 1,000 to 10,000 l/h* incl. automatic rinsing device. Existing evaporators or vacuum evaporators can also be optimized and integrated.
