Operation is worthwhile with the following criteria:
- Waste water quantities > 10,000 m³ p.a. which have to be treated or disposed of.
- A staff of at least three employees is required
- Wastewater expertise is not available or not available in all areas.
The smart5 services operates the complete wastewater systems at ZF Gusstechnologie in Nuremberg responsibly "around the clock" in 3-shift operation. Transmissions for motor vehicles, e.g. hybrid transmissions for electromobility, are manufactured there on site.
The plant technology is permanently optimized on site with regard to energy consumption, operating material, disposal, maintenance costs, available capacities, water qualities, etc. Almost 90,000 m³ of industrial process water is treated per year, which is then discharged cleanly into the sewer.
